Well I continued with following the British tracks this evening and got my winner on my 3rd bet thanks to Alonso de Guzman in the 19.50 at Wolverhampton. Whilst I know there's still a likelihood of that rainy day wiping out the majority of my profits, I definately feel more comfortable focussing on the British and Irish tracks, probably due more to familiarity than anything else.
I've decided not to top-up my betting bank after my big loss so i'm currently operating from a bank of £100. Whilst i'm aware this may slow down my progress towards my goal, it will allow me to rebuild my confidence in the system i'm using without risking too much of my own cash.
